Delivery Time

For food, grocery, and medicine deliveries, average delivery time is 30–60 minutes (depending on distance and vendor).

For parcels or service appointments, the timing will be confirmed through the app before booking.

Items that are illegal, hazardous, or restricted by government regulations cannot be shipped through the Catcho platform.
