Welcome to Catcho Multiservices LLP (“Catcho”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application, website, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.


1. About Catcho

Catcho Multiservices LLP operates a digital platform that connects users (“Customers” or “Users”) with independent service providers, delivery partners, and merchants (“Partners”) for a variety of services, including but not limited to:

  • Food, grocery, medicine, and e-commerce delivery

  • Cab, bike, auto rides, and parcel pickup/drop

  • Home services such as plumbers, electricians, cleaners, and more

  • Appointment booking for professionals and local businesses

Catcho acts solely as an intermediary and does not own, control, or provide the services listed. Each service is rendered by independent Partners, and Catcho facilitates communication, transactions, and payments between Users and Partners.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Indian law to use the Platform.


3. User Account

  • You must register with accurate details (name, phone, email, etc.).

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

  • Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately to Catcho.


4. Service Fulfilment

  • Services and deliveries are carried out by independent Partners.

  • Catcho is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or quality of service provided by Partners.

  • Pricing, delivery timelines, and service quality are determined solely by the respective Partner or merchant.

  • Catcho shall not be liable for delay, loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from Partner performance.


5. Payments

  • Payments can be made through Catcho’s integrated payment systems (UPI, cards, wallet, COD, etc.).

  • Catcho may collect payment on behalf of Partners.

  • Refunds and cancellations will follow the Partner’s respective policy.


6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel before service initiation or dispatch, subject to Partner’s approval.

  • Refund eligibility depends on service type, stage, and Partner policy.

  • Catcho reserves the right to make the final decision in disputes.


7. User Obligations

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

  • Interfere with Catcho systems, data, or servers.

  • Harass or harm service providers, delivery partners, or other users.


8. Third-Party Links

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Catcho is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.


9. Intellectual Property

All app design, content, software, and trademarks belong to Catcho Multiservices LLP or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.


10. Limitation of Liability

Catcho is an intermediary platform.
We are not responsible for:

  • The quality, legality, or safety of third-party services.

  • Any loss, damage, or injury (direct, indirect, or consequential) resulting from Partner services or Platform use.

Catcho’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the affected transaction.


11. Termination

Catcho reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for misuse, policy violation, or fraudulent activity without notice.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu.


13. Amendments

Catcho may update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
